Our Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a recreational program that is designed to:

Reduce pain and stiffness

Restore/maintain joint range of motion

Increase/maintain muscle  strength

Improve balance and coordination

Decrease fatigue

Help with relaxation and sleep

Increase and improve overall health

 

Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1:00pm - 2:00pm PST.
