The goal is to walk every day for 30-days!
There are only a few rules:
1 - Each walk must be at least 10-minutes in length
2 - Make sure you track each walk with a fitness app or health tracking gear
3 - Keep us updated along your walking journey by tagging us in posts or stories of your walks!
