Full Body HIIT Workout  

Workout Flow:

  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 30 minute HIIT workout (Bodyweight and some light weight options)
  • 5 minute stretch cool down

Our live workouts are offered on Sundays from 10-10:50am PST
